We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note that some restrictions apply to some products, and some products cannot be shipped internationally.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery times based on the availability of your items and the delivery options you choose. Depending on the carrier selected, delivery estimates may appear on the delivery quote page.

Please also note that shipping rates for many items are calculated by weight. Each item's weight is listed on its detail page. In accordance with the policies of the carriers we use, all weights will be rounded up to the nearest whole pound.

You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also cover the return shipping costs if the return was a result of our error (incorrect item, defective, etc.).

You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the carrier for return. However, in many cases, you can get a refund more quickly. This timeframe includes the transit time for us to receive the package (5-10 business days), the time it takes for us to process your return (3-5 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process the refund (5-10 business days).

If you would like to return an item, simply log in to your account, access your order via the "Completed Orders" link in the My Account menu, and then click the "Return Item" button. We will send you an email as soon as we have received and processed your return.
